Tina Butler is a co-owner of Butler Realty Partners and serves as an advisor on the strategic direction of the company. With a background rooted in financial planning and business operations, Tina brings a disciplined, analytical perspective to the decisions that shape BRP's growth.
Tina's professional foundation was built over more than a decade at Alcatel USA, where she worked in financial planning for the company's Transmission Network Division and North American Sales organization. In that role, she managed forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for a division representing roughly 80% of the company's business, and supported senior leadership with reporting that informed key financial decisions.
Tina's real estate roots run deep. She previously worked as an agent and office manager for Butler Realty Group in McKinney, giving her firsthand experience with the day-to-day realities of running a brokerage, experience she now draws on as she helps guide BRP's direction alongside her husband, Kipp.
Detail-oriented, financially minded, and deeply invested in BRP's success, Tina plays a key role in the decisions that keep the company on track for the long term.
