Throughout his career, Paul has worked closely with executive leadership, audit committees, business units, and technology teams to identify risk, strengthen governance, and develop practical solutions to complex business and regulatory challenges. His experience includes enterprise risk management, internal and external audit, information security, privacy and data protection, vendor due diligence, business continuity, regulatory examinations, and the design and implementation of internal control programs.
Paul also brings extensive experience leading large-scale governance and compliance initiatives, including the implementation of cybersecurity and risk management frameworks, development of enterprise audit and risk programs, oversight of third-party relationships, and management of cross-functional programs involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
