Kristi holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance with an emphasis in Commercial Real Estate from Texas A&M University and has built her career working across all sides of the real estate industry. Her experience includes commercial underwriting, REO property management, FDIC compliance, property valuation, and property marketing and disposition.
Having worked with institutional clients and organizations including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and the VA, Kristi understands how to evaluate a property, recognize potential challenges, develop an effective strategy, and keep a transaction moving forward.
