Throughout his career, Kipp has held senior leadership roles overseeing large real estate portfolios and working with mortgage servicers, lenders, investors, financial institutions, and other institutional clients. His experience includes REO and asset disposition, valuations, auctions, bulk sales, loss mitigation, property preservation and repairs, compliance, client relations, and the development of strategies designed to improve asset performance and maximize recovery.
In addition to his institutional real estate experience, Kipp has extensive hands-on brokerage and investment experience. He has brokered approximately $55 million in multifamily properties, acquired and repositioned more than 50 distressed assets in North Texas, and completed a 40-lot land development project valued at $1.6 million.
Kipp has built his career around developing long-term client relationships, solving complex real estate challenges, and executing strategies that align with each client's objectives. His combination of institutional asset management experience, brokerage expertise, financial analysis, and operational leadership allows him to approach real estate from both a strategic and practical perspective.
Kipp earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
