Kipp Butler is the Founder and Broker of Butler Realty Partners, a Texas-based real estate brokerage specializing in residential, commercial, land, investment, REO, receivership, valuation, and institutional real estate services.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, mortgage servicing, asset management, valuations, and brokerage operations, Kipp brings a unique perspective that extends well beyond traditional real estate transactions.

Throughout his career, Kipp has worked with lenders, mortgage servicers, investors, government agencies, attorneys, receivers, asset managers, and property owners across a broad range of real estate asset classes. His experience includes residential brokerage, commercial real estate, REO disposition, valuation services, distressed assets, receiverships, portfolio disposition strategies, and institutional real estate consulting.

Prior to founding Butler Realty Partners, Kipp held leadership roles in operations & business development supporting some of the nation's largest lenders, servicers, investors, and asset management organizations. This experience provided firsthand insight into the challenges associated with complex real estate assets, default servicing, valuation management, and asset disposition.
